Assistant Manager - Operations Responsibilities: Coordinate activities of staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient department that reduces the number of cases that are overlooked Oversee the engagement and user retention to minimize churn, while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per user need Create and implement strategies to improve team productivity and better customer engagement, resulting in NPS Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the team to ensure a sufficient SAM’s and SAM TL’s are available to handle the workload Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff, team leads and managers of department staff as needed Communicate with staff to build and maintain a strong working relationship and reduce the team attrition Desired profile of the candidate: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) Minimum 4-7 year
