Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities of staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient department that reduces the number of cases that are overlooked
  • Oversee the engagement and user retention to minimize churn, while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per user need
  • Create and implement strategies to improve team productivity and better customer engagement, resulting in NPS
  • Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the team to ensure a sufficient SAM’s and SAM TL’s are available to handle the workload
  • Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff, team leads and managers of department staff as needed
  • Communicate with staff to build and maintain a strong working relationship and reduce the team attrition

 

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
  • Minimum 4-7 years (Overall ) with 1-2 years of experience as Assistant Manager
  • Skill set on MS OFFICE / Google sheet with basic Analytical skills
  • Should have good interpersonal skills
  • Decision making
  • Problem solving
